Our client, a small NJ-based consulting firm, approached us wanting to acquire a new company. As part of the acquisition, they hoped to bring aboard new employees, develop consistent HR policies, track and separate insurance expenses, and build a positive internal culture. The ultimate goal was to enhance their brand which is an all-encompassing and full-service consulting firm.

We were able to integrate the Property and Casualty Program, the Employer Practices Liability and Directors Insurance Changes, the benefit package, and roll them out to employees in a seamless education series that involved stakeholders at the employee, manager, and owner level.
